Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Refunds will be made to the same source / mode through which the payment was originally received.
If you paid via credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid via bank transfer, the refund is returned to the originating bank account.
We accept payments online using Visa, AMEX, and MasterCard credit / debit cards in AED & USD. We also accept payments through bank transfers.
14-day prior-to-arrival notice is required for cancellations or modifications, except for “Promotional” rates which are non-cancellable and non-changeable. If you cancel within the 14-day window, you may forfeit your deposit.
We recommend booking with flexibility in mind. If your travel dates are uncertain, consider selecting a standard rate over a promotional one to preserve your ability to cancel or modify.
