This website will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.

Governing Law

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Refund Policy

Refund will be made to the same source/mode through which the payment is originally received.

This means if you paid via credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid via bank transfer, the refund is returned to the originating bank account.

Cancellation Policy

14-day prior to arrival notice is required for cancellations or modifications, except for "Promotional" rates which are non-cancellable and non-changeable. If you cancel within the 14-day window, you may forfeit your deposit.

14+ Days Before Arrival

Free cancellation or modification. Cancel or change your booking with no penalty — your deposit is fully protected.

Within 14 Days of Arrival

Deposit may be forfeited. Cancellations or changes made within the 14-day window may result in the loss of your deposit.

Promotional Rates

Non-cancellable & non-changeable. Bookings made at promotional rates cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

We recommend booking with flexibility in mind. If your travel dates are uncertain, consider selecting a standard rate over a promotional one to preserve your ability to cancel or modify.

Early Departure Policy

We understand plans can change. Here's how early departures are handled at Tranquil Wellness Tower.

Standard Early Departure

No refund for remaining nights. The full stay amount as booked will apply.

Medical Emergency

In case of a medical emergency with the guest, one night's charge will be applied.
